Join us for the this year's "Off the Bus" Tour

The NAIOP Southern Nevada Bus Tour is just around the corner!  On Friday, October 2, NAIOP Southern Nevada and Cox Business Solutions will provide you with an opportunity to learn more about the office, retail, mixed-use and industrial properties throughout the valley. This year’s event will be an “Off the Bus” Tour with extensive exhibits and a showcase of the properties within a shell industrial building. It’s one big mixer! 

This year’s theme, You Are Here, highlights the opportunities that the current real estate market is presenting in the Las Vegas Valley.

For those of you unfamiliar with the event, The Bus Tour offers members and the general public a first-class opportunity to tour the new office, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties throughout the valley.

This year’s tour offers a new look at the commercial properties throughout the valley. In addition, this will be the first year that retail properties are included. The day begins and ends with an extensive showcase of exhibitors with networking opportunities available throughout the day. This year’s tour will be the most talked about Bus Tour event. Don’t miss your opportunity to be a part of it.

We’ve still have several ways for you to get involved. In addition to just attending, as a member you sponsor the Bus Tour, get a booth at the event, or participate in the Bus Tour Guide Book.
