Higgins Team of Voit Real Estate Services
The Higgins team from Voit Real Estate Services, comprised of Garrett Toft, Eric Larkin, and headed by Kevin Higgins, has more than 40 years of combined commercial real estate experience. The Higgins Team consists of highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals who are specialists in working with banks on distressed assets, land sales, investment sales, development consulting and landlord and tenant representation.
The Higgins Team has won the NAIOP Industrial Broker/Team of the Year award in 2010, 2008, 2007, 2006, 2003, 2001 & 2000. Higgins, a former president of NAIOP, has served on the Board of Directors for the past 10 years, and has been part of the organization since its inception. In 2009 and 2004, Higgins served as president of the Southern Nevada SIOR chapter, where he spent much time on sponsorship fundraising and panels on development forums.
Garrett Toft is also an active NAIOP member and committee chair for the 2010 NAIOP Bus Tour. He is a graduate of the inaugural Developing Leaders Institute and has also served on the bus tour committee for the past several years.
The Higgins Team actively gives back to Las Vegas through community service and outreach. Higgins serves on the board of directors for Catholic Charities. Additionally, Higgins has directed focus on trying to spur economic growth in Henderson and North Las Vegas, working closely with the City of Henderson Economic Development Office and the North Las Vegas Industrial Attraction Panel.
Higgins’ years of experience and expertise in the field of industrial real estate make him a valuable panelist for forums hosted by NAIOP and SIOR, who often seek him out to speak from his vast wealth of knowledge. Higgins and his Team are widely respected in the business community and are often quoted as an authority on the Las Vegas market by area publications, such as In Business Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Review-Journal, and The Las Vegas Business Press.
