Located in the heart of Montecito Town Center, the 36,000 square-foot facility was designed by Perkowitz and Ruth, one of the primary architects for the Montecito Town Center master plan. Local Las Vegas developer Stephen B. Aizenberg, president of Royal Construction Company, is the project's general contractor. Construction is currently underway.
