Ninyo & Moore performed a design geotechnical evaluation for the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Montessouri Reservoir and Pumping Stations project in Clark County, Nevada. The project included design and construction of a 20 million-gallon reservoir, two pump stations, valve vaults, surge tank and pipelines associated with the facilities. Ninyo & Moore's services for this contract included evaluation of subsurface soil conditions at the reservoir and pump station locations and providing design and construction recommendations regarding the geotechnical aspects of the reservoir, pump stations and associated appurtenances.

The two-story clubhouse comprises more than 29,000 square feet of space, a swimming pool, fitness center, formal and informal dining areas and pro-golf shop. The new facility is located at 552 S. Stephanie Street. Construction costs were estimated at $6.8 million.
