LF Harris and Company has commenced construction of a lavish 6,500 sq ft automotive center. Sun Valley Auto is located on Rancho Dr. just north of Craig Rd. and will feature 8 large bays including a state of the art repair facility. The building is CMU construction and presents a challenging route for power that will be bored across and under Rancho. The project is design build with Kelleeco Electric, Borlase Plumbing and Silverstate Refrigeration. Completion is expected in November 2008.

The project team at LF Harris and Company anchored by Project Manager Craig Hendrickson was proud to deliver the FIT for an Independent Tomorrow building on June 12, 2007. FIT is a 12,500 s.f. deluxe building in the redevelopment area of MLK and Carey. It was designed by JMA Architecture and is a state of the art building, featuring office, conference and educational spaces. The non-profit organization recognizes it’s many donors, including Harrah’s Entertainment Group, on the creatively designed Donor Wall at its entry area. The project was completed on schedule and with-in budget.

LF Harris and Company has completed construction on three buildings located at the Village of Centennial Springs on Farm and Tule Springs. This business community features 15 buildings total with mixed use including residential lofts ranging from 1,000 s.f. to 1,200 s.f. The community offers everything from retail and restaurant space to large office units. LF Harris and Company broke ground on the project in summer of 2007 and since the completion of the buildings LF Harris has also completed several tenant improvements including a physical therapy center, pizza restaurant, retail shops and offices.
