Principal Member: $ 955.00
Definition: Any individual employed by a company or organization whose primary business is the development, ownership, management of, or investment in industrial, office, or related commercial real estate.
Principal Affiliate Member: $ 335.00
Definition: The second or subsequent person from the principal firm, within the same chapter, may join NAIOP at the reduced membership rate.
Associate Member: $ 955.00
Definition: Any individual employed by a company, or organization whose primary business is providing services or products to the industrial, office, or related commercial real estate industry. (Accountant, Architect, Attorney, Broker, Consultant, Contractor, Engineer, Environmental, Financier, Product Provider, Property Manager, Publisher, Title Company, Utility)
Associate Affiliate Member: $ 335.00
Definition: The second or subsequent person from the associate member firm, within the same chapter, may join at the reduced membership rate.
Corporate Membership: $1,780.00, (additional member $155.00)
Definition: Chapter-Based Corporate Membership is now open to NAIOP members and prospects that have four or more individuals within the same company interested in membership in the same Chapter. NAIOP designed this special membership program to help members save money while they profit from the benefits NAIOP membership provides.
Developing Leader Membership: $ 195.00
Definition: Any individual less than 35 years of age, involved in commercial real estate. (Must provide proof of age to qualify) NAIOP NOW membership is excluded from qualifying a company for a chapter-based corporate membership.
Public Official Member: $375.00
Definition: Any individual employed by a local, state or federal government or nonprofit organization.
Public Official Affiliate Member: $ 345.00
Definition: The second or subsequent person from the organization joining the same chapter as the Public Official Member.
Academician Member: $ 345.00
Definition:Any full-time professor who is not otherwise employed in the industrial office or related commercial real estate industry.
Student Member: $ 19.00
Definition: Any full-time student who is not otherwise employed in the industrial, office or related commercial real estate industry.
