The mission of the Southern Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties is to
represent and promote quality commercial development in Southern Nevada.

Our Vision

Our vision is to be the leading respected authority on issues affecting commercial real estate development in Southern Nevada that will:

Include all commercial developers and owners in Southern Nevada as active, engaged members.

Be an information resource delivering value and knowledge to all our members.

Be recognized by state and local public policy makers as a resource for information and advice regarding proposed regulations and legislation.

Chapter goals are as follows:

To represent those who are involved in the design, construction, development, sale/leasing, ownership and operation of commercial real estate.

To encourage interaction and increased understanding among the professionals involved in all aspects of commercial real estate.

To enhance the public’s and public officials’ understanding of the importance of commercial real estate.

To provide member education and encourage educational programs in Southern Nevada.
