Reed Gottesman

Prior to joining Harsch Investment Properties as the Assistant Vice President of its north sub-region in Las Vegas, Reed Gottesman was an industrial broker with CB Richard Ellis in the Southbay port market of Los Angeles where he was involved in over 150 transactions totaling over 2.5 million square feet of industrial space with a total transaction value of $100 million.  Before transitioning to real estate in 2002, Reed began his professional career on Wall Street in 1997 where he served as a NASDAQ Market Maker with Deutsche Bank Capital Markets. Reed relocated from Wall Street to Downtown Los Angeles while with Deutsche Bank in 2000.

Since relocating to Nevada in 2008, Reed has overseen the operations of Harsch’s over 3 million SF north portfolio in Las Vegas. Properties in this portfolio consist of both phases of the Speedway Commerce Center, Cheyenne Commerce Center, Craig Commerce Center, The Spectrum of Las Vegas, Losee Industrial Park, and Trident Industrial Park.

Reed currently resides in Summerlin with his wife, Tonya, their daughter, Cassidy and dog, Gus.
