Jarred Katz

Jarred Katz joined Prudential | IPG Commercial Real Estate in January 2008. Shortly after joining the team he was promoted from a Commercial Advisor to a Senior Commercial Advisor, due to his impressive sales volume. Jarrad specializes in sales and leasing of industrial properties, but is well versed in all aspects of commercial real estate. Prior to joining Prudential | IPG, Jarrad worked with RE/MAX Commercial Professionals as a Real Estate Sales Agent and Marketing Director.

Jarrad moved to Las Vegas in 1999 to pursue his Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). While
attending UNLV he supplemented his marketing curriculum with extensive real
estate course work. In 2005, Jarrad acquired his Nevada real estate license.
Jarrad is an active member of the real estate community and is involved with
the Commercial Marketing Group (CMG), is a member of Certified Commercial
Investment Members (CCIM) and was accepted into the Developing Leaders
Institute through the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties
(NAIOP).

Outside of the office Jarrad enjoys volunteering for such organizations as
Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, B’nai Brith Youth Organization and the
Jewish Family Service Agency of Las Vegas.
