HAYIM MIZRACHI

HAYIM MIZRACHI joined Prudential | IPG Commercial Real Estate as a Commercial Advisor in January 2008. He specializes in owner-user industrial and office property sales and leasing, but is well versed in all aspects of commercial real estate. In the beginning of 2009, he earned the title of Senior Commercial Advisor due to his impressive annual sales volume.
Hayim is a proud Las Vegas native. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 2003 where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.

Immediately after graduation, Hayim traveled North America working as an
Education and Leadership Consultant for Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity. Upon
returning he immersed himself in the family construction business, Mizrachi
Development, working his way up to Operations Manager.

In 2005, Hayim earned his Nevada and Utah real estate licenses while working
as the corporate broker for Mizrachi Development. His focus during that time
was land acquisitions for development in the southern Utah market.

Hayim is active in the local real estate community currently serving as Vice
President of Commercial Marketing Group (CMG), Vice President of the 2009
NAIOP Developing Leaders Institute (DLI), and is a member of Certified
Commercial Investment Members (CCIM).

Outside of work, Hayim is active in many aspects of the Las Vegas Jewish
community including volunteer work with the Jewish Family Services Agency
and Alpha Epsilon Pi.
