DLI 2009 Class Bios

David Almany

After relocating from Michigan, David Almany has worked within the architecture profession in the Vegas Valley for twelve years.  As Associate and Project Manager with Dekker/Perich/Sabatini, David is a contributing member to the on-going development of the company along with overseeing project scheduling, design, documentation, and construction of projects. 

David’s collaborative approach and team building skills prove beneficial to the architectural projects and clients that he works with.  His efforts have led to the successful completion of projects for a variety of private and public clients throughout the Valley.  The passion that David has for the profession includes the aesthetic qualities of design, as well as the relationships built through the process of creating successful architectural projects.

Along with his involvement with NAIOP and the 2009 DLI class, David is also a member of the local ULI chapter and serves as a member of the I Can Be committee, through the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, which exposes local teens to the various career opportunities available to them.
