Dave Grove

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Dave Gove has over 16 years of construction experience. Gove began his career in construction with a custom home crew in California. Systematically working his way through the trades, he acquired hands on experience in literally every aspect of the construction process starting as a laborer and continuing as a leader. A true entrepreneur at heart, Gove painstakingly studied construction and business management at night while working his way through the trades. In 1997 Gove was a founding member of California Craftsmen Inc., a San Francisco based design build general contracting firm. California Craftsmen served homeowners, business owners and investors alike providing high end full scale building renovations in the cities most prestigious neighborhoods, tenant improvements for the burgeoning high tech industry, and rehabilitation projects for RE speculators. Gove moved to Las Vegas in 2002 with the formation of the The Gove Corporation and in 2007 founded Asset Building Group. Gove’s hands on experience combined with his upper level management skills equates to a highly productive leadership style that allows Asset Building Group to maintain tight production schedules while upholding quality. In addition to his construction background, Gove has also taken part in successful Real Estate investment deals and is dedicated to continuing education in the Real Estate field.
