Benjamin Girardin

Benjamin CampbellBen is a licensed architect with more than 10 years experience in the fields of Architecture and Construction. He received both his bachelor and master’s degrees in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield Michigan.  He worked for a design-build firm in Michigan from 1998 – 2005 as a project architect.  During that time, he also spent a lot of time out in the field and was the construction project manager on several jobsites.  In 2005, Ben accepted a position as the Director of Pre-Construction for SR Construction, during which, he oversaw the design-build of 50 commercial projects.

In March of 2007, he began his own architecture firm, 10 Nine Design Group.  Many people were skeptical about his decision to start his own architecture firm at a time when numerous firms are laying people off and even having to close their doors.  Despite the grim economy, Ben saw this time as an opportunity to provide high quality architecture services at a fair price.  His business philosophy has proven to be successful.  As the Principal Architect of 10 Nine Design Group, he has successfully completed over 70 commercial projects since its inception, including office, medical, and hospitality.

Ben is a dynamic business person because of his ability to apply his technical architectural skills and knowledge to his real-world construction experience and understanding in providing his clients with comprehensive, responsible architectural services. Ben is committed to 100% client satisfaction and puts forth every effort in ensuring so. He manages the business aspects of his own firm as well as self-performs the architectural services his company provides.  His reputation for providing reliable, superior service in Las Vegas has made him a desired professional who person people enjoy working with and know they can count on.

Ben serves as a Director on the board of the AIA and is a member of USGBC, NAIOP, AGC, and DBIA. Ben and his wife are volunteers for Candlelighters, which is a local organization that helps children who have cancer and their families. He also supports other local community organizations, such as Safe Nest, Toys for Tots, Angel Tree, and Keep Memory Alive, by attending fund raising events, donating items, and volunteering his time.
