ADAM MALAN

Adam J. Malan joined Colliers International in 2007 as an Associate specializing in Office & Industrial sales & leasing.  As a leading global real estate platform, Colliers International is consistently ranked at the top of all commercial real estate firms in the State of Nevada.

Malan attended Weber State University in Ogden, Utah majoring in Microbiology and Business Administration.

In 2004 Malan began his career in commercial real estate as an Associate at Las Vegas Development Company.  Throughout his tenure at Las Vegas Development Company, Malan’s successful management of a variety of development and brokerage transactions resulted in his advancement to the position of Assistant Director of Development and Brokerage.

Regarding his development experience, Malan managed the construction of one of the largest car dealerships in Southern Nevada, valued in excess of $15 Million Dollars.  Malan also managed the development and construction of the Marcello Marketplace; a 135,000 square foot mixed use center, valued in excess of $20 Million Dollars.

Regarding his brokerage experience, Malan has perfected his expertise in leasing, tenant representation and the representation of clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties with transaction totals in excess of $20 Million Dollars.

Malan is an Eagle Scout, an active member of the Nevada Development Authority and the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP)’s Developing Leaders Institute.  In addition to pursuing his SIOR candidacy, Malan is an active CCIM candidate member in pursuit of his designation.
