Ms. Young is an associate with the Firm and practices in the Real Estate division of the Firm's Transactional Department.

Experience
Ms. Young's practice focuses on all areas of commercial real estate transactions including:
Purchase and sale of real property
Real estate financing
Development of real property for commercial and residential use
Commercial leases
Condominium development

Ms. Young has served as the lead associate in a number of large transactions including two separate buyouts of local homebuilders by a national developer with a combined worth of $500,000,000. Ms. Young has provided legal counsel to several of the Firm's clients including:

Marriott International
Focus Property Group
Lamar Outdoor Advertising
