Raedene Counts

Commercial Leasing Executive with Marnell Properties

Raedene Counts is the commercial leasing executive for Marnell Properties where she heads up all the tenant leasing transactions from start to finish, including leasing, client presentations, lease negotiations, proposals and space plan walk-throughs. Counts works with all of the company’s commercial properties located in Nevada, California and Montana. Most notable is her success with leasing more than 350,000 square feet of Class A office space at Marnell Corporate Center.

Prior to Marnell Properties, Counts worked in the leasing and property management departments at two of Las Vegas' premiere commercial real estate developers. She also holds real estate and notary licenses for Nevada. She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Nevada Development Authority (NDA) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Counts has an Associate of Science in business management from the International Academy of Marketing and Design in Tampa, Florida.
