Nieya Anjomi joined New Growth Commercial Real Estate in 2007 after working with a successful private investment company specializing in land investment and development for residential and commercial builders in Las Vegas.

Specialties include land investment, acquisition and development analysis while maintaining versatility across general commercial real estate. Nieya has strong interests in Sustainable Development and stays informed on prices, market conditions and major projects in Clark County.

Previous to New Growth, Nieya enjoyed a very successful career as a Senior Security Software Engineer and part time Surfer in Silicon Valley while investing in Las Vegas Real Estate.
