Michael Shohet

Mike Shohet spent over 10 years in the engineering and construction fields before joining Territory Incorporated in 2005 as a Project Manager on their Development team.  Mike oversees all aspects of shopping center development from project conception through turning over finished product to tenants.  In two years with Territory, Mike has developed over 200,000sf of retail space and is currently managing projects totaling an additional 300,000sf.  Included in his current projects is a mixed use development in Park City, Utah which includes retail, residential, and office product and is enrolled in the LEED Neighborhood Development pilot program. 

He is an active member of the Committee on Sustainable Development and has a great interest in environmental stewardship in our industry.  When not building shopping centers, Mike volunteers as the owner’s representative for Keep Memory Alive overseeing the design and construction of the Lou Ruvo Brain Institute, a Frank Gehry designed building currently under construction on the Union Park property.
