PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Before joining Prudential Commercial | IPG Real Estate, Mrs. Gonzales had a successful career in new home sales and development with Astoria and Lennar Homes. Mrs. Gonzales’ experience in new homes sales has proven valuable in negotiating contracts, touring properties and reviewing the construction progress with clients and builder. Mrs. Gonzales continues to maintain long lasting client relationships with many of her previous clients. Mrs. Gonzales is a Broker-Salesman and has been a Real Estate Professional in Las Vegas for over seven years and works exclusively with Dean Willmore, SIOR on all of his listings.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Linda is currently pursuing her California real estate license and her CCIM designation. Linda was recently chosen by the Southern Nevada Chapter of NAIOP to attend the inaugural class of their Developing Leaders Institute, a program designed to develop the skills of tomorrow’s commercial real estate leaders. Mrs. Gonzales credits her success to her integrity, building long-lasting relationships and her passion for life. Linda considers herself a people person and is considered by others as outgoing and driven.
