Kris Krohn

Business Development for Harsch Investment Properties

Mr. Krohn is currently employed as Business Development Associate for Harsch Investment Properties, a commercial real estate developer who is Southern Nevada’s Largest Landlord with 26 Industrial Parks and over 7.6 million square feet of industrial, office and retail space. Kris is responsible for marketing and leasing of the entire portfolio and works closely with brokers, leasing agents, property managers and top level management to develop strategies to lease and market Harsch’s properties.

Previous to that Mr. Krohn held positions with Grubb & Ellis | Las Vegas and Colliers Dow & Condon in Hartford, CT as commercial real estate agent. Kris’s main emphasis was in Industrial and he has extensive experience with both Landlord and Tenant Representation. Kris is a graduate from the University of Connecticut in 2004 with a BS in Real Estate.
