John Kelley

I have been in the banking industry for 7 years, with the last 4 years as an SBA Business Development Officer.  I have funded loans for requests that range from startup businesses, partner buyouts, business acquisitions, expansion, and owner/user commercial real estate purchases.  To date, I have funded in excess of $30,000,000 in SBA guaranteed loans.

I am an active member of NAIOP, the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, the Asian Chamber of Commerce, NAGGL, and the NAIOP DLI inaugural class.

Future aspirations include maintaining and improving my production while continuing to balance being a single parent and raising my son to the best of my abilities, as well as to do some traveling with my son.
