CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Jennifer joined Grubb & Ellis Las Vegas in February of 2007 as Advisor, Industrial Advisory Services. As a key member of the Wasiak Industrial Team, her primary responsibilities include the sale, leasing, and tenant and landlord representation of industrial properties in the Las Vegas valley. She conducts market surveys, analyzes site selection, compiles market research, and negotiates proposals and contracts.

CAREER SUMMARY
Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis Las Vegas she was a broker with Commerce CRG, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance partner in Las Vegas, where she specialized in the sale and leasing of office, retail, flex and industrial product.

Before relocating to Las Vegas, she was employed by Kosmont & Associates, Inc., a real estate consulting firm based in Los Angeles, where she served as Marketing Director. In this position, she managed media relations, website development, marketing materials, special events and community relations. Previously, she was the Office Manager for the firm and her responsibilities included managing office operations, supervising the administrative staff and maintaining vendor relationships.
