Garrett has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including the planning, development, marketing and disposition of commercial developments. Garrett also represents tenants, users, investors and developers in leasing, purchasing and selling of commercial buildings and land.

EDUCATION
Mr. Toft graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California earning a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance and Real Estate Development. He acquired advanced knowledge of real estate finance, including the ability to program and analyze sophisticated real estate development and investment proformas.
