Hello my name is Dennis Balletto and I am an Assistant Vice President / Commercial Real Estate Lender with First National Bank, where I have been since August, 2005.  I am a native Las Vegan, having grown up in Spring Valley and graduating from Clark High School.  I attended UNLV from 2000-2004, having attained a B.S. in Economics in the spring of 2004.  During my senior year, one of my professors got me involved with R.E.B.S. (Real Estate and Business Society) and the Real Estate Mentor Program at UNLV, and I decided to stay in school for an additional year taking courses in the Real Estate Finance program at UNLV while being mentored by two of the industry’s top professionals.  Prior to attending UNLV, I held several positions at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, where I ultimately became an Assistant Hotel Operations Manager. 

In my spare time I enjoy networking, working out, hiking, listening to music and reading.  My future goals are to become an experienced leader in the Banking industry in the Las Vegas area, and to learn a 2nd language in the near future!
