Dana Berggren’s real estate career began in Chicago in 1997. Her focus was general brokerage, development and mentoring new agents. She moved to Las Vegas in 2002 and in addition to working in commercial real estate, worked in hi-rise condo development as both a sales person and a consultant and taught the 90-hour pre-licensing course for the Real Estate School of Nevada. Dana is proud of her experience in so many facets of the real estate industry and feels it makes her a well-rounded broker.

In her current role at Prudential CRES | IPG Commercial Real Estate, Dana represents owners and developers of office and industrial properties. Notable clients include SAXA, Inc., the number one developer of small office buildings in Las Vegas, and The Koll Company, with a Las Vegas portfolio of nearly 500,000 square feet. She has achieved a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the Las Vegas market through research, market analysis and networking events. She takes a more personal approach in tenant and buyer representation and strives to form lasting relationships. Dana also volunteers her time to mentor students from UNLV who wish to embark on a career in commercial real estate.

Dana will add investment brokerage to her list of specialties when she achieves her CCIM designation in 2008. She is also actively involved in NAIOP and was accepted into the inaugural class of the Developing Leaders Institute. Dana is a licensed broker-salesperson in Nevada and still holds an active broker’s license in the state of Illinois.
