Ms. Richards holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She has been engaged in the Las Vegas commercial real estate industry since 2002. She began closing owner/user transactions at a frenetic pace when office/industrial condo development became popularized in the Las Vegas/Henderson area by Shea Commercial. During her tenure with Shea, Bridget participated in the placement of over 300,000 square feet of office condo properties. Most of these transactions were complex, multi-owner deals within one and two 2-story buildings with airspace style legal descriptions. Ms. Richards has successfully closed over $65,000,000 in transaction volume as a result of her dedication to the client’s acquisition or disposition strategy, overall transaction management, and attention to contract details. Her clients include local and regional developers of office and industrial projects, medical practitioners, attorneys, industrial users and professionals.
